My husband and I were visiting Dallas, and signed up for the foodie tour, not knowing what to expect. Our tour guide, Lauren, ("Incloodie" food tours) was so welcoming and energetic! She took us to several restaurants, and we had very good meals, from steak and potatoes to authentic Mexican / El Salvadorian food! Lauren was also knowledgeable about local history, and we had a great experience!
Guide was great sharing a lot of information about the food and area. Would highly recommend this experience
The variety of the food was excellent. We loved trying out a few exotic dishes that were out our normal selections. Also loved the history of the Oak Cliff neighborhood.
Had a wonderful day with Lauren. She has a charming personality and is very knowledgeable about the history of the area. Really enjoyed our foodie stops.
our tour guide, Lauren?, was very knowledgeable about the area & the history. The only suggestion i would have is make the portions smaller. We started with the biggest meal, which was amazing, but the potatoes could have been 1/2 the size and the dessert could have been smaller also. Nobody left hungry.
It was such a great experience! First time in Dallas and definitely something I’ll do again pretty soon!
It was a very fun, tasty, and FILLING experience! Be sure to show up HUNGRY! This tour does NOT skimp out on food! A nice range of savory and sweet flavors. Our guide, Lauren, was so cute and fun too! I left feeling that I wish we were friends!
This was an AWESOME food tour (and we have taken lots!). You will leave this food tour, absolutely stuffed. We had so much food that it was unreal! Our very first stop, steak, baked potato and salad ( I am not talking small portions). Our tour guide was AMAZING! I highly recommend this tour!
Lauren took my daughter and me on one of the best food/history tours we have been on. The food and her fun facts were terrific. We started with steak, baked potato and salad that was delicious and would be difficult to top but she did!! We ate food from many cultures and Lauren had many interesting facts about their cultures. She definitely took her time to share her knowledge of Texas history with us. She was also open to our many questions about the area. Lauren gave us ideas on things to do to full up the rest of our day. We would definitely do another tour with Lauren.

I'm a foodie at heart, and have always pursued work in the food & beverage industry. When I was twenty years old, I started a restaurant review blog; however, my life changed completely at age 22 when I was diagnosed with gluten intolerance. It was hard to feel included at family gatherings and events when I was unable to eat the same food as everyone else or had to do extra research before eating out.
In order to create dining options for people like myself who are on a gluten-free diet, I founded Incloodie - an exciting food tour that caters to individuals with gluten issues and allows them to feel included. This has allowed me to enjoy delicious options without fear of chronic pain afterward.
