Health & Illness Policy
For the comfort and safety of all guests and guides, please do not attend tours while actively ill. This includes fever, vomiting, flu-like symptoms, or persistent uncontrolled coughing. We are happy to assist with rescheduling options when possible.
Right to Refuse Service
Incloodie reserves the right to refuse participation to guests who appear actively contagious or unable to safely participate in the tour experience.
